HOUSING BOND LOAN PROGRAM (HBLP)

FOR-SALE HOUSING DEVELOPMENT

 

Palm Beach County is making funds available to Developers for the creation of For-Sale Housing Development units to expand the local inventory of For-Sale Development Housing Units to serve households with incomes no greater than 120% of Area Median Income. Full details are contained in the RFP.

To obtain a copy of RFP HED.HBLP.2024.3, complete the RFP registration form located at: HED.HBLP.2024.3.  A non-mandatory pre-submittal workshop will be held on Wednesday, January 31, 2024, at 9:30 am via Zoom – access information is provided in the RFP document. The deadline for submittal of proposals in response to the RFP is Thursday, March 21, 2024, at 4:00 pm.
