The Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners solicited proposals from eligible organizations to carry out public service activities eligible under the Community Block Grant Program (CDBG) program.  Full details were contained in the RFP package.

To obtain a HED.2023.1 RFP package, a potential RFP respondent completed and submited to the Palm Beach County Department of Housing and Economic Development (HED) the HED.2013.1 RFP Registration Form ​and ​emailing it to ejmiller@pbcgov.org.   Registration with HED was required in order to be eligible to submit a proposal.

A non-mandatory pre-submittal workshop was held remotely on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 at 10:00am via the WebX platform. Anyone submitting a Registration Form was provided a link to participate in the Pre-Submittal Workshop.
