10-25-2022 Notice of Selection Committee Meeting to Recommend Funding
Palm Beach County is making available $1,000,000 from the federal HOME Investments Partnership Program (HOME) to serve as the Local Government Area of Opportunity Funding (LGAOF) contribution for an application to the Florida Housing Finance Corporation's (FHFC) 9% Housing Credits Program RFA 2022-202. The only eligible use of the HOME funds is the LGAOF contribution for RFA 2022-202. The funds will be provided to one (1) developer as a loan commitment conditioned on FHFC award of the 9% Housing Credits. Full details are contained in the RFP.
To obtain a copy of RFP HED.2022.5, complete the RFP registration form. A non-mandatory presubmittal workshop will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2022 at 9:30am via the Webex software platform A copy of the presentation is available HERE. The deadline for submittal of proposals in response to the RFP is Wednesday October 19, 2022, at 4:00pm.
