Palm Beach County is making available $2,000,000 of State Housing Investments Partnership Program (SHIP) funding to developers for the development of Single-family Housing, serving households with incomes no greater than 140% of the Palm Beach County Area Median Income. Funds are offered to provide loan financing for the construction of SHIP Single Family Units for eligible homebuyers. Full details are contained in the RFP.
A non-mandatory presubmittal workshop was held on Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at 10:00am via the Webex software platform - access information is provided in the RFP document. The deadline for submittal of proposals in response to the RFP was Thursday, June 23, 2022 at 4:00pm.
