Palm Beach County is making available $1,000,000 of federal HOME Investments Partnership Program (HOME) funding to developers to create affordable multifamily housing (including SROs and group homes) serving households with incomes no greater than 80% of Area Median Income.  Funds are offered as loans for costs of new construction, rehabilitation, and redevelopment, with or without acquisition.  Full details are contained in the RFP.

To obtain a copy of RFP HED.2021.2, complete the RFP registration form Located Here.  A non-mandatory presubmital workshop will be held on Wednesday, June 30, 2021 at 9:00am via the Webex software platform – access information is provided in the RFP document.  The deadline for submittal of proposals in response to the RFP is Monday August 2, 2021, at 4:00pm.
