Homebuyer Match Pilot Program
Palm Beach County Department of Housing and Economic Development hereby announces the availability of $2,000,000 for Phase I of the Homebuyer Match Pilot Program. Funding provides up to $50,000 as a dollar-for-dollar match to homebuyers' cash contribution. Funds will assist income eligible homebuyers with down payment assistance, points buy-down, minor repairs and closing costs. Approved homebuyers will be required to contribute a minimum of $10,000 to purchase a single-family home that does not exceed a purchase price of $700,000, or a townhome/condominium that does not exceed a purchase price of $325,000.

Eligible applicants may complete the pre-application to enter the random lottery selection process for 60 applications. The online pre-application portal opens on Monday, March 30, 2026, at 8:00 am, and closes on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 11:59pm. Additional program information and required documents needed are also located on the website.
