Alanna-McCargo

Alanna McCargo was sworn in as Ginnie Mae's 18th President in December 2021. She began her work with the Biden-Harris Administration as a Presidential Appointee in the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) as Senior Advisor for Housing Finance for Secretary Marcia L. Fudge.

Kelly Smallridge

Kelly L. Smallridge is the president and CEO of Palm Beach County’s public/private economic development agency, the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County (BDB), She serves as the longest-tenured economic development president in the State of Florida.

Mark Bernard

Mack Bernard

Mack Bernard was elected in November 2016 to the Palm Beach County Commission, District 7. Mack ran for County Commission in order to put his experience to work for our community. He ran on a platform of creating more good paying jobs and job training opportunities; improving public safety and law enforcement relations; increasing small business, women and minority participation in county contracts; keeping taxes low; and advocating for more affordable and sustainable housing.

Faye Johnson

Faye W. Johnson is the City Administrator for the City of West Palm Beach. She was appointed to the position by Mayor James in January of 2020 after joining the City in August of 2019 as an Assistant City Administrator. She started her professional career at the City in the mid-80s and served in several management positions.

Nick Rojo

Nick Rojo is the Co-Founder and President of Affiliated Development, with more than 15 years of experience in the acquisition, finance and development of residential and commercial real estate. Rojo is a South Florida native and got his start in the real estate industry in 2006 as an investment banker at Wachovia Securities, where he provided capital raising and advisory services to public and private homebuilders and developers.

John F. "Jack" Weir

John F. “Jack” Weir is the Principal and President of Eastwind Development LLC., Eastwind focuses on multifamily rental housing, and has developed market, independent senior, workforce and affordable rental residential communities. Eastwind opened The District Flats and Solera at City Centre. Eastwind has successfully developed over 3,000 units, and has four projects, totaling over 1,000 units, in predevelopment.

Clarence Anthony

Clarence Anthony is CEO and Executive Director of the National League of Cities (NLC), the largest and oldest organization representing America's cities and their leaders. Under his leadership, NLC has advanced policies that expand local control and provide direct funding for local programs related to public safety, infrastructure, transportation, and sustainability.

Paul P. Skoutelas

Paul P. Skoutelas is president and chief executive officer of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA). His entire career has been in public transportation, serving in both the public and private sectors.

Skoutelas is a champion for the power of public transportation to create personal and economic opportunities for all and to connect and build thriving communities. He testifies often before Congress and is a frequent speaker on public transportation issues as APTA leads the industry’s transformation in the new mobility era.

Valerie Neilson

Valerie Neilson is an urban planning professional passionate about multimodal transportation and creating healthy, sustainable, and economically vibrant communities. Valerie serves as the Interim Executive Director at the Palm Beach Transportation Planning Agency (TPA), leading the agency’s efforts to plan, prioritize, and fund transportation projects that advance safe, efficient, and connected facilities for users of all ages and abilities in Palm Beach County. Prior to her current role, Valerie served at the TPA’s Deputy Director of Multimodal Development for 6+ years.

Robert Weinroth

Robert Weinroth was elected to the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners representing District 4 in 2018 and was recently elected by his fellow board members to serve as mayor. He is a longtime resident of Boca Raton with an extensive background in business, public service, and community involvement.

Gerry O'Reilly

Gerry has worked for the Florida Department of Transportation since 1988. He started out in the District Four Design Department rising through the ranks from entry level engineer to District Design Engineer, and on to Director of Transportation Development in 2001. Gerry was instrumental in advancing the $1.8 billion I-595 P3 project which is now open to traffic. On March 2, 2015, Gerry was appointed District Secretary in District Four. Gerry serves on the board of the South Florida Regional Transportation Authority.

Clinton Forbes

For over 30 years, Clinton B. Forbes has solidified a reputation as a leader and innovator in public transportation. A Florida native, Forbes has been the Executive Director of Palm Tran since November 2015. Palm Tran, a mid-size transit agency, with more than 1,000 employees, provides fixed-route and paratransit services to the geographically largest county east of the Mississippi River. The bus system, using over 400 vehicles, travels to every major destination in Palm Beach County providing more than nine million rides and nearly one million paratransit trips annually.

Fabiola Brumley

As Bank of America's President of Palm Beach County, Fabiola (Fab) Brumley serves as the organization's local enterprise leader in the county, working across the region to deliver integrated financial services to individuals, families and businesses. She also leads their Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) work in the market. Based in Boca Raton, Fab is also the Senior Public Policy Lead for the Southeast covering Florida, Alabama and Mississippi. Previously, she has served in a variety of roles, including controller, chief financial officer, commercial lender, client manager, market manager, market executive, region executive and vice-chair.

Ethan Harris

Ethan Harris is CEO and Executive Director of the National League of Cities (NLC), the largest and oldest organization representing America's cities and their leaders.
