The Information Systems Services Department (ISS) exemplifies the County's slogan –
"The Best of Everything" by building and maintaining the largest fiber optic network of any County in Florida, by providing a modern unified communications platform for a workforce of 10,000, by developing and supporting hundreds of customized business applications, and by offering a wide variety of information technology services to dozens of public sector organizations in Palm Beach County.
Our employees are diverse, dedicated and extremely competent. With an average tenure of almost 17 years, our staff are highly experienced and committed to their careers in ISS. Assuring customer satisfaction is the primary focus of the Department's efforts as we strive to provide outstanding IT services. Our success in this regard is recognized not only through the continued support of the Board and County Administration, but also through the receipt of multiple awards for IT excellence, including awards from the Center for Digital Government, National Association of Counties, and Florida Local Government Information Systems Association.
