​Mission:

Records is responsible for the maintenance of the official personnel file of BCC employees, entering employee data into the personnel/ payroll system, completing wage and employment verifications, responding to subpoenas and records management (merging, purging and microfilming) of terminated personnel files.

Anyone wishing to review an employee's record must wait until Record's staff redacts information, as required by the Florida Public Records law. Anyone seeking to review a number of files should provide the Record's staff with enough notice to ensure receipt of request within a reasonable accommodation.

Records also distributes free membership discounts to Anheuser-Busch and Universal Studios theme parks.
