Palm Beach County's Art in Public Places program (PBC AiPP) seeks to commission an Artist or Artist team (Artist) to design, permit, fabricate and install art that helps promote Palm Beach County Mosquito Control Division’s efforts to enhance health and quality of life of residents and visitors through the reduction of mosquito populations.
