Palm Beach County is making available $2,000,000 of State Housing Investments Partnership Program (SHIP) funding to developers for the development of Multifamily Housing, serving households with incomes no greater than 80% of Area Median Income. Funds are offered as loans for costs of new construction, acquisition, and/or rehabilitation. Full details are contained in the RFP.
A non-mandatory pre-submittal workshop was held on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 at 9:00am via the Webex software platform – access information is provided in the RFP document. The deadline for submittal of proposals in response to the RFP was Monday April 18, 2022, at 4:00pm.
