Palm Beach County Launches a County-wide Affordable/Workforce Housing Dashboard

 

In furtherance of its commitment to affordable and workforce housing, Palm Beach County launched a County-wide Housing Dashboard to assist residents find and connect with workforce or affordable housing units developed through private public partnerships between developers and local government.  The dashboard contains information provided from the County and municipalities on Workforce Housing units created since the program's inception in 2006, and new affordable housing units approved since January 2022.  

The dashboard also contains a “Housing Trends" section that provides County-wide information related to the cost of living and median and average incomes.  Informational links to the County's housing programs through Housing & Economic Development, Community Services and the Planning Zoning & Building Departments is also provided through this one central location. “This dashboard was created to share information with our residents looking for housing options" stated Jonathan Brown, Director of Housing & Economic Development, “and we will continue to add additional resources that will assist the community through this housing crises.
