The Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department (PBCWUD) Administration Offices, as well as the Customer Service Centers - located at 9045 Jog Road, Boynton Beach and 2976 State Road 15, Belle Glade - will be closed on Thursday, November 22 and Friday, November 23 in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday.
PBCWUD customers wishing to pay their utility bill on one of these days can do so online at pbcwater.com or with a check over the phone by calling 877-477-1305.
In the case of an emergency, customers can contact the PBCWUD Emergency Hotline by calling (561) 740-4600 and selecting option 1.
