TRAFFIC ADVISORY: Davis Road closed between Summit Blvd. and Forest Hill Blvd., West Palm Beach
August 20, 2025- Palm Beach County Water Utilities Department (PBCWUD) is conducting road work following a necessary repair to a water main north of the intersection of Forest Hill Blvd. and Davis Rd. in West Palm Beach. Both lanes of Davis Rd. between Summit and Forest Hill boulevards will be closed to thru-traffic while the work takes place.
The work is ongoing north of Forest Hill Blvd. where Genoa Place intersects with Davis Rd. Motorists travelling southbound on Davis Rd. from Summit Blvd., or northbound on Davis Rd. from Forest Hill Blvd. will be diverted. Local residents only will be permitted to pass.
All necessary devices will be in place to redirect traffic accordingly. PBCWUD crews will remain onsite during the project.
PBCWUD expects work to be ongoing for this repair until further notice and is urging commuters to plan alternate routes.
At this time, we expect minimal interruption of water and wastewater services to area residents and businesses. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank the community for patience and understanding as we complete the repairs as quickly and safely as possible.
