Public Information Staff Contact List

The Public Information Section is responsible for review and processing of:

  • Variances (Type 1)
  • Business Tax Receipts (BTR)
  • Congregate Living Facilities (CLF Type 1)
  • Public Information Planner Services – Answers General Zoning Questions for the Public
  • Reasonable Accommodations
  • Release of Unity of Title (Required by PZ&B)
  • Standalone Concurrency
  • Zoning Confirmation Letters (Formal and Informal)

Public Information Planner is available for Walk In Customers and phone calls Monday – Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm You must be logged into the Kiosk System by 4:30 pm to be seen by a Public Information Planner.​
