The Residential Housing Section coordinates and manages the following:

  • Coordinates with the Planning Division for projects related to housing and density increases, workforce housing, transfer of development rights, including ULDC revisions
  • Manages the review and approval of Reasonable Accommodations and Congregate Living Facilities
  • Processes housing density increase applications, including DRO and PH applications, Zoning Confirmation Letters, and process Type 1 Variances, Type 1 Waivers related to density increase project
