The Public Information Section is responsible for review and processing of:
- Variances (Type 1)
- Business Tax Receipts (BTR)
- Congregate Living Facilities (CLF Type 1)
- Public Information Planner Services – Answers General Zoning Questions for the Public
- Reasonable Accommodations
- Release of Unity of Title (Required by PZ&B)
- Standalone Concurrency
- Zoning Confirmation Letters (Formal and Informal)

The Public Information Planner is available to assist Walk-In Customers Monday – Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.
