Ryan Perez, Certification Coordinator and Oscar Alvarez, Director of the Contractors Certification Division attended the Construction Licensing Officials Association of Florida (CLOAF) Conference in Altamonte Springs on May 17- 19, 2023. In addition to participating in various conference sessions, Ryan and Oscar also made a presentation on Florida State HB735 and how the county’s Construction Industry Licensing Board (CILB) is addressing the new bill and its impact on contractor licensing.
CLOAF provides a forum for statewide licensing officials on regulatory issues, solutions, practices, certification, and legislation.
