The Planning, Zoning and Building Dept.’s (PZB) Building Division Coordinator Mike Gauger and Assistant Deputy of Inspections Mac Megie, and Contractors Certification Senior Investigator Jeremy Dennis attended the Palm Beach Condo & HOA Expo on February 13, 2024. 

This popular annual event, held at the Palm Beach Convention Center in West Palm Beach, draws a large crowd of local community homeowner and condo association managers and board members, and industry professionals.

The expo serves as an ideal platform to interact with stakeholders and discuss new policies and initiatives.  Topics of discussion included the milestone inspection requirements for condominiums 3-stories and taller, the distinctions in permitting procedures between single-family dwellings and condos and the importance of hiring licensed contractors. 

PZB welcomes these opportunities to establish meaningful connections concerning within the community, highlighting the diverse range of services it offers.
