On Dec. 15, 2023, representatives from the Code Enforcement, Contractors Certification and Building Divisions made a presentation to the residents of Century Village at their clubhouse theatre in West Palm Beach.  Introductory remarks were provided by Comm. Gregg Weiss and PZB's Executive Director Whitney Carroll.

The presentations covered an array of topics including the importance of hiring a certified contractor and obtaining building permits, and common code enforcement issues.  With over 50 residents in attendance, the presentation was well received and included a robust Q&A segment.

Presenters included Yasmir Mccleod (Contractors Certification), Richard Padgett (Code Enforcement) and Michael Gauger (Building).

Also in attendance was Doug Wise (Building Director), Michele Pagan (Code Enforcement Director), Rick Torrance (Code Enforcement Manager), Oscar Alvarez (Contractors Certification Director), Dwayne Johnson (Senior Code Enforcement Officer), John Gannotti (Code Enforcement Officer) and Jeremy Dennis (Senior Field Investigator with Contractors Certification)​.
