On October 5-6, 2023, PZB's Building Division hosted a series of continuing education classes at the Vista Center in West Palm Beach for various industry licensing requirements for the division's inspectors and plan reviewers. Over 30 attendees participated in the two-day program that was provided by John Farinelli of JC Code and Construction Consultants at Vista Center in West Palm Beach.
In addition to attendees from the Building Division, other participants from various municipalities (Boynton Beach, Jupiter and Riviera Beach) and the private sector were also in attendance.
The nine courses provided inspectors and plans examiners the opportunity to learn about changes to building codes effective December 31, 2023, while meeting their continuing education (CEU) licensing requirements.
