On September 13, 2023, Planning, Zoning, Building Department (PZB) Executive Director Whitney Carroll spoke to members of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County (BDB) at their Realtors Roundtable meeting held at Verdex Construction in West Palm Beach. 

Whitney's presentation included an overview of PZB operations, new policies, streamlined processes, future goals and more.   She also discussed PZB's successful collaboration with the BDB regarding expedited permitting and permit tracking for new and existing businesses in unincorporated Palm Beach County.  Approximately 60 realtors and developers were in attendance. 

Other speakers included BDB President and CEO Kelly Smallridge and Verdex Construction CEO Rex Kirby.
