South County Office to Reopen on August 1st
Palm Beach County's Building Division is pleased to announce the reopening of their office at the South County Administrative Complex located at 345 S. Congress Avenue, Suite 102 in Delray Beach on August 1, 2023. The office will be open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. and provide the following customer services:
- Assistance for owner/builders (in-person) with required forms
- Notary service for required permit documents
- Assistance with applications and inspection notices/comments
Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller for Palm Beach County staff have expressed intent to provide recording services for documents required for permitting at this location in the future.
This office is a convenient location for customers in South County and the surrounding areas. While permit applications are submitted electronically, there are some instances where an in-person visit is still necessary.
Permit applications are accepted 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the ePZB portal (www.pbcgov.com/epzb). Portal assistance is provided by email: PZB-BLD-PermitAssist@pbcgov.org and by telephone: 561-233-5100, Option 1 then press * and Monday – Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. The Building Division Permit Center operates from the main office at 2300 N. Jog Road in West Palm Beach and provides full services.
