​PZB's Zoning Division has launched a dedicated web page for Project Tango (Central Park Commerce Center) to provide transparent, up-to-date information on the application as submitted to date. This resource includes detailed project information including Zoning staff comments, a timeline of public hearing dates, links to supporting documents and more. 

 

The page will be updated as new information becomes available, ensuring the community has access to accurate and comprehensive project details throughout the review process.

PZB Hosts Local Contractors

 

The Planning, Zoning and Building (PZB) Department's Building Division recently hosted a contractors stakeholder meeting to provide important updates and engage with industry partners.  The event was held at Vista Center with over 45 contractors in attendance.  

 

Staff provided updates on ongoing new initiatives aimed at enhancing service delivery plus key performance measures related to inspections, permitting, and plan reviews.  

In addition, the Development Concierge Program (DCP) pilot was highlighted as a customer-focused initiative designed to improve coordination, communication, and overall support throughout the development review and permitting process.

 

Some of the speakers included Executive Director Whitney Carroll and Building Official Melvin Corredor.

 

The Department appreciates the participation and continued collaboration of the contractor community.

Effective March 2, 2026, the front entrance to Vista Center at 2300 N. Jog Road, West Palm Beach will close for the duration of the construction project (early 2027).  New entrances will be located on the east and west sides of the building near the parking areas.  Direction signage will be provided to assist the public.   We appreciate your patience while we build the PZB building.
