On August 14, 2023 at 1:30 p.m., the Planning Division will be hosting a Workforce Housing Industry Stakeholders Forum at the Vista Center in West Palm Beach. Industry stakeholders include homebuilders, property owners/managers/operators of workforce housing communities, design and real estate professionals, and housing advocates.
The purpose of the meeting is to solicit feedback on potential changes to the Workforce housing program to increase the availability of units. Following this session, a survey will be available at www.pbc.gov/pzb/planning until 9/13/24 for participants to provide input on topics of discussion.
