I am very pleased to announce Richard “Rick" Torrance as the Interim Director of the Contractors Certification Division.   Rick has been with the county for over 32 years, 28 of which with PZB. Rick has extensive experience with code and regulatory enforcement and compliance as a Code Enforcement Officer, Senior Code Enforcement Officer and as the Manager of the Code Enforcement Division.

His admirable expertise and professionalism and his dedication to our department has been unwavering and commendable.  We appreciate his willingness to step into this role as we work on other initiatives, which we look forward to sharing more about very soon!
