Effective January 1, 2026, this policy will apply to cash payment transactions. All cash amounts will be rounded to the nearest 5-cent increment as follows:
• 1¢–2¢: rounded down
• 3¢–4¢: rounded up
• 6¢–7¢: rounded down
• 8¢–9¢: rounded up
Electronic payments (credit/debit, online, and checks) will continue to be processed at the exact amount with no rounding.
