PZB Hosts Realtor Outreach Event
The Planning, Zoning and Building Department recently welcomed members of the Broward, Palm Beaches & St. Lucie Realtors organization for a multi-presentation event at Vista Center.
Staff from Code Compliance/Contractor Regulations and Building Divisions shared valuable information on topics including the importance of hiring licensed and insured contractors, understanding code compliance procedures, and navigating the permitting process.
Attendees had the opportunity to ask questions and engage directly with PZB leadership and staff.
Speakers included Executive Director Whitney Carroll, Deputy Executive Director Cindy Hoskin, Code Compliance Manager Paul Pickett, Building Official Melvin Corredor, and Code Compliance Officer Connor Bernhardt.
