John, who recently joined PZB, brings more than 24 years of experience as a seasoned building official, with a strong track record in enforcing building codes and regulations to protect public safety and welfare. His career has spanned municipalities of all sizes, where he has worked across Land Use and Inspectional Services departments, with a consistent focus on improving service delivery.
In addition to his work in building and permitting, John has also stepped in as Town Engineer, Interim Director of Services, and Health Agent during various points in his career, demonstrating his versatility and commitment to public service.
John is deeply dedicated to promoting safe building practices and fostering strong collaboration with staff, property owners, developers, contractors and the broader community. He leads with the goal of building high-performing teams that deliver quality, code-compliant construction projects.
