On May 2, 2025, the Building Division welcomed local contractors for an insightful panel discussion focused on key services, including permitting, plan review, virtual inspections, and online tools.
The event provided an open dialogue, where contractors were encouraged to ask questions, share feedback, and discuss ideas directly with Division leadership.
Panelists included Building Official Doug Wise, Deputy Director Michael Gauger, Operations Manager Jan Rodriguez, Senior Structural Inspector Paul Coleman II, Chief Structural Inspector Bob Hemp, and Assistant Deputy of Large Projects Mike Shubert.
