PZB’s Contractor Regulations staff recently met with various staff members at the City of West Palm Beach to discuss the risks of unlicensed contractor activity as well as the contractor certification process.
The Contractor Regulations Section oversees the certification and compliance of local construction licensing laws in more than 30 municipalities throughout the county. Collaborating with our municipal partners enhances their mission to protect residents and promote accountability within the construction industry. They also investigate complaints from the general public and referrals from other government agencies and municipalities.
