Team PZB Outreach

On April 22, 2025, representatives from Planning, Zoning and Building Department (PZB) attended the annual Palm Beach Condo and HOA Expo at the Palm Beach County Convention Center in West Palm Beach.  

This annual networking and educational event provides community stakeholders including condo and HOA association managers, board members, and residents an opportunity to meet with industry experts to learn about the latest products and services. 

PZB representatives included Contractor Regulations Field Investigator Eric Toussaint and Building Division Construction Services Associate Joseph Anderson providing information on the importance of hiring a licensed and insured contractor, permitting procedures, and more. 

PZB remains committed to providing informative educational outreach to our community stakeholders.  ​
