Contractor Regulations Outreach with Municipalities

PZB's Contractor Regulations team recently met with several municipalities including Haverhill, Greenacres and Juno Beach to share important updates on contractor certification policies and procedures.

Contractor Regulations oversees certification for contractors working in more than 30 municipalities throughout the county. Contractors who hold valid certifications in other Florida cities or counties that have a reciprocal agreement with Palm Beach County may qualify for certification here, provided they meet the County's minimum requirements.

Our team certifies and regulates professionals across more than 50 categories within the construction industry. All applicants must meet specific criteria, including verifiable work experience, good credit, and proven financial responsibility.

These outreach efforts support our mission to protect residents and promote accountability within the construction industry. We value collaboration with our municipal partners and remain committed to upholding high standards across the board.
