Contractor Regulations Participates in Interagency Construction Site Visits

PZB's Contractor Regulations section recently partnered with various state agencies including the Department of Business & Professional Regulation, Division of Workers' Compensation, and Department of Law Enforcement for a joint interagency visit to active construction sites in Palm Beach County.

The collaborative team conducted these site visits to ensure contractors were properly licensed and operating in compliance with state and local regulations. Inspections included a range of project types, such as single-family homes, clubhouses, and an elementary school.

These joint efforts allow agencies to share resources, improve interagency communication, and strengthen problem-solving in the field.
