Team PZB Outreach
On April 2, 2025, staff from the Planning, Zoning & Building Department (PZB) had an opportunity to make a presentation to members of the Alliance of Delray at the South County Civic Center in Delray Beach. Staff provided insight on various PZB programs and services including:
• Permitting Procedures
• Hiring Licensed Contractors
• Code Compliance Process
• Milestone Inspections
Attendees also had an opportunity to ask questions and meet with staff afterwards.
Comm. Maria Sachs was also in attendance and provided a few remarks!
