New PZB Customer Service Center!

We are excited to announce the opening of the new customer service center at the lobby entrance located at Vista Center, 2300 N. Jog Road in West Palm Beach! 

PZB assists over 100 customers daily and that doesn't include the customers for other departments including Engineering & Public Works and Environmental Resource Management.

It's a busy place and we want to make sure the public is provided with the best service. 

The new center will be staffed Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.   Staff will be available to assist visitors with general information inquiries and more.

In addition, we have installed a number of self-service kiosks for various online services (permits, etc.) and check-ins for the permit and inspection centers. 

This is just the beginning of a brighter, more efficient future. Stay tuned for updates as we transform to better serve YOU!
