Monday, September 20, 2021 | Rollup Image | | Body | We’ve been challenged by Water Utilities and other departments to see who can pick up the most trash in conjunction with the International Coastal Cleanup. In the spirit of friendly competition and in support of the global movement to remove trash from our beaches, waterways and parks, we need you!
HOW YOU CAN HELP USCollect trash anywhere; any beach, waterway or park during the contest period (9/18-10/31), track the weight (estimate if necessary) and share your results using the free Clean Swell mobile app on your phone entering PBCPARKS as your team name each time you collect trash. If you’re unable to participate using the mobile app, send your results to pbcparks@pbcgov.org. Track our department’s status at https://www.coastalcleanupdata.org/reports.

Clean up anywhere, anytime with your own supplies or at any park/beach locations that have a Beach Bucket Foundation station providing you with cleanup supplies onsite.
