Is a body movement class is designed for all abilities to help increase energy through breath awareness while also helping improve balance, muscle strength, mental acuity and reducing stress.
*The Instructor will use a chair and hand weights (optional).
*She will also perform standing/balancing poses using a chair or the wall (if you choose to stand).
*This class does not require the use of a mat.
Each session runs one day per week for six weeks.
Fee: $50 for each 6-week session
