Functional Fitness in the Park is a community-based physical activity program offering balance, flexibility, aerobic exercises and strength training. This program offers a fun and safe environment to increase mobility and balance in lower extremities. This program is designed for older adults who are experiencing lower-extremity joint pain, stiffness or osteoarthritis.
