What: Cutting back vegetation from fence line and trash removal
Where: Frenchman’s Forest Natural Area – 12201 Prosperity Farms Rd. – Palm Beach Gardens

When: Thursday, January 6, 2022
Time: 9 a.m. to noon
Directions: From I-95 exit at PGA Blvd. - head east to Prosperity Farms Rd. (traffic light before the drawbridge) - turn left and head north on Prosperity Farms Rd. for roughly 1 mile - the natural area is located on the left, just north of Cross Community Church.
Additional Information: Volunteers should wear long pants, t-shirts, sneakers or hiking boots. Restroom facilities are not available at the natural area. The Department will supply tools, gloves, and refreshments for the volunteers. Event participation is limited to the first 12 volunteers who register.
Registration: The volunteer projects are designed for volunteers ages 16 and older. Volunteers 15 and under must be accompanied by parent or guardian. Our COVID-19 restrictions have been updated. Fully vaccinated volunteers do not need to wear a mask. Those not fully vaccinated are asked to wear a mask when 6 feet of distance can’t be maintained.
