VOLUNTEER EVENT (WEEKDAY EVENT) - Remove trash

Where: Juno Dunes Natural Area – meeting at Bert Winters Park – 13425 Ellison Wilson Road in Juno Beach

When: Wednesday, December 8, 2021

Time: 9 a.m. to noon

Directions: From I-95 exit at Donald Ross Road – head east on Donald Ross Road to Ellison Wilson Road – turn right and head south on Ellison Wilson Road for roughly ½ mile – there are two entrances to Bert Winters Park – we are meeting in the parking lot at the south entrance next to the ball field.

Additional Information: Volunteers should wear old clothes and shoes that they will not mind getting dirty. Hats and sunscreen are recommended. Restroom facilities are not available at the site. The Department will supply tools, gloves, and refreshments. Event participation is limited to the first 12 volunteers who register.

Register: Volunteers 15 and under must be accompanied by parent or guardian. Our COVID-19 restrictions have been updated. Fully vaccinated volunteers do not need to wear a mask. Those not fully vaccinated are asked to wear a mask when 6 feet of distance can’t be maintained. Volunteers can register for an ERM event by calling 561-233-2426 or emailing amathews@pbcgov.org.
