UF/IFAS Extension Palm Beach County is a HUD-Approved Housing Counseling agency. The homebuyer workshop meets the education requirements for the Palm Beach County Workforce Housing Program and down payment assistance programs.
The course is HUD-approved, 8-hour pre-purchase homebuyer workshop. Participants will learn the steps to homeownership and home buying programs in your county.
This is a two part session: December 4 &11; 9 AM -1 PM. Registration is through Eventbrite. A link to the course will be sent 24 hours before the start of the class.
