4-H Annual Trunk or Treat and Open House

Palm Beach County 4-H is hosting its second annual Trunk or Treat event and open house on Saturday, October 29. The event is free and open to youth of all ages and abilities and their families. Families, as well as county and community partners, are also welcome to sign up to participate with their own decorated trunks. Participants will also have the opportunity to learn more about getting involved in their local 4-H program and participate in Halloween-themed games and crafts.

Palm Beach County 4-H has also partnered with Loggerhead Marinelife Center for its Unwrap the Waves candy wrapper recycling initiative. This educational initiative strives to encourage schools and communities to get into the "spirit" of sustainability throughout the holiday season by collecting their candy wrappers to be fully recycled. 4-H will have marked containers to collect wrappers at our Trunk or Treat event and at our office through Friday, November 11. Make sure to save and bring your candy wrappers to recycle them with Loggerhead Marinelife Center and 4-H!
