The following Ordinance has not been included in the pdf version of the ULDC, Supplement 22.

  • Ordinance 2017-032, Regional Recreation Pod in Planned Industrial Development District (PIPD) and Outdoor Entertainment, adopted by the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) on October 26, 2017 and effective on October 31, 2017.

The PDF Articles have been updated to include the following amendments: 

  • Ordinance 2017-029, Amendment to Articles 4, Use Regulations, related to Cocktail Lounge, adopted by the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) and effective on September 28, 2017;
  • Ordinance 2017-028, Medical Marijuana Dispensing Facility, adopted by the BCC and effective on September 28, 2017;
  • Ordinance 2017-026, Amendments to Article 18, Flood Damage Prevention, adopted by the BCC on August 24, 2017 and effective on August 28, 2017; and,
