ULDC SUPPLEMENT 20 - Last Updated 05/10/2016

Ordinance 2017-002, Amendment Round 2016-02, adopted by the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) on January 26, 2017, and effective on January 31, 2017; and, Ordinance 2016-042, Amendment Round 2016-01 and Ordinance 2016-043, Amendments to Art. 15, Health Regulations, adopted by the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) on September 22, 2016, and effective on September 27, 2016, are not included in the Interactive Code. They will be available in the next ULDC Supplement in April/May 2017.  

The PDF Articles have been updated to include the following amendments:

  • Ordinance 2015-047, Eliminating the Contiguity Requirement for Agricultural Reserve (AGR) Preserve Areas for 60/40 AGR Planned Unit Development (PUD) adopted by the BCC on October 29, 2015 effective on December 4, 2015;
  • Ordinance 2016-016, ULDC Amendment Round 2015-02, Adopted by the BCC on January 28, 2016 and effective on February 2, 2016;
  • Ordinance 2016-020, Electronic Changeable Copy Message Sign Pilot Program, Adopted by the BCC and effective on March 24, 2016.
