Development Review Forum

Overview

The Zoning Division hosts regular Development Review Forum (DRF) meetings to solicit professional and public feedback on the development review processes and land development regulations managed by the Zoning Division.

The purpose of the meeting is to provide an open forum on processes and regulations to improve communication and Division operations, along with ensuring that the land development regulations are updated in response to industry trends.

Meetings are held in person in the Ken Rogers Hearing Room,VC-1W-47, Vista Center, 2300 N. Jog Road, West Palm Beach, and held quarterly, typically the second Wednesday of February, May, August, and November. Agendas are published on this page one week in advance of each meeting.

The Zoning Division maintains an email list in order to send email reminders in advance of each meeting.  This list is comprised of the professional Planners, Landscape Architects, and Architects who submit applications to the Zoning Division, professional organizations related to real estate, construction, environmental, engineering, and architecture, and community representatives, and any member of the public signing up to be on the email list.  Meetings are open to all members of the public and industry representatives.

For more information or to sign up for the email list, please contact Alex Biray at ABiray@pbcgov.org.
