  • Big Belly Trash Compactor

    Palm Tran’s first Big Belly trash compactor is located at the southeast corner of Lantana Road and Military Trail (Bus Stop #6191).
  • Palm Tran’s New Bus Stop Seat

    A total of 24 bus stop seats will be placed in high-ridership locations that do not currently have amenities such as a shelter or bench.
  • The new bus design includes a new paint layout and USB charging ports for cell phones and tablets at every seat.
  • Palm Tran has two routes that are dedicated to the Glades. Route 40 serves Belle Glade to the West Palm Beach Intermodal Center.
  • Service to Tri-Rail

    Palm Tran serves all six Palm Beach County Tri-Rail stations.

    In 1971 Palm Tran began serving the residents and visitors of Palm Beach County. Today, Palm Tran is better than ever, providing over 12 million rides per year.

    Palm Tran's paratransit division provides a high quality door-to-door service for the Palm Beach County's senior and disabled population.
  • B.O.B.

    Bikes on Buses (B.O.B) allows passengers to take a bicycle on the bus by securing it onto a rack attached to the front of every bus, at no additional cost. Our buses can accommodate two bikes. Rack space is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Palm Tran Runs Seven Days A Week

    (excluding seven major holidays) serving more than 3,200 bus stops and 18 park and ride lots.
  • Our Fleet

    Palm Tran has over 150 buses in our fleet, including hybrid and articulated buses.
  • Colleges and Universities

    Palm Tran serves all colleges and universities in Palm Beach County.
