Lively colorful images of local natural environments create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere. Intricate mosaics enhance columns, walls, benches and trash can. Soaring bird sculptures can be seen from a distance helping visitors find the Station. Concrete plaza leaf imprints compliment the unique aluminum railings and grass inspired bike rack, all which immerse visitors in the beauty of nature.

Glades Legacy of Life also highlights the Sheriff's Office role as a community partner and its commitment to positively engaging neighborhood youth through its outreach programs. Dozens of students from the Sheriff's First Tee, Explorer, Eagle Academy, and Police Athletic League Boxing programs created art works that were incorporated into the mosaic murals framing the facility's public entrance.
