Join us on Saturday, February 11th for a 5 mile run at Cypress Creek Natural Area. We ran this site at the last Running Wild and this time we're going to explore the less visited NE portion of the site, closer to the Loxahatchee River. Palm Beach County’s Department Environmental Resources Management (ERM) invites the public to explore over 31,000 acres of pristine habitat by participating in one (or more) of six scheduled open fun-runs through Palm Beach County natural areas. This series of guided trail runs will range from three to ten miles and will take participants through the pine, cypress and coastal scrub on the most scenic trails in Palm Beach County. Runs are free and open to the public, participants need only to show up at the time and location designated. For more information, call (561) 233-2400 or email erm-natural@pbcgov.com. Please, no pets or unsupervised children. |
