Description | Adventure Awaits Experience nature as medicine with a guided meditation hike at Yamato Scrub. The 2 mile hike will include a solitary walking meditation as well as a short guided meditation sitting on the water, before returning to the parking lot. Be sure to bring walking shoes, water, sunscreen, and a small pillow to sit on if you would like. |
