Florida agriculture is on full display on the Thanksgiving table this week, starting with the vegetable tray appetizer, through the green bean casserole, sweet corn, leafy greens, and other side dishes. Palm Beach County vegetable growers are bringing their high quality bounty from their farms to a table near you. Local growers have helped make Florida a national leading supplier of fresh market snap beans, sweet corn, and other crops. Look for these and other locally grown vegetables for your Thanksgiving dishes and seasonings like tomato, bell pepper, celery, radish, squash, and herbs like parsley, dill, cilantro, and basil.
